Solar™ GI High-Resolution Manometry
Solar GI is a cutting-edge high-resolution manometry system designed for modern examinations in gastroenterology.
This flexible HRM system accommodates various catheter types—solid state, water perfused, and air-charged—making it suitable for all patient groups and budgets. It can also be expanded with additional modules like High-Resolution Impedance Manometry (HRIM), High-Resolution Sphincter Manometry (HRSM), High-Resolution Colonic Manometry (HRCM), and High-Resolution Anorectal Manometry (HRAM). The plug-and-play design, developed in collaboration with top university hospitals, allows for easy customization to meet specific diagnostic needs.
Recent advancements, including the Chicago and Classifications 4.0, Quick View analysis program, and 3D Pressure Topography (EPT), enable quick procedures that take only about 10 minutes. These innovations ensure reliable results and simplify data analysis, ultimately reducing procedure costs.
The Solar GI HRM system streamlines clinical processes and provides fast, accurate diagnostic reports. It can measure up to 40 closely spaced pressures, capturing the full range of esophageal motor function from the throat to the stomach. The visual sphincter recognition feature simplifies locating sphincters, eliminating the need for specialized technical training.
Additionally, studies using the Solar GI HRM can be conducted with either reusable or single-use catheters, offering maximum flexibility in system setup, clinical applications, investment, and overall procedure costs.
HRM Advantages
- All events will be displayed automatically on the screen, providing a quick overview of the study
- For each event, HRM results will be automatically calculated
- Automatic classification of each swallow, and overall study classification Chicago Classification 3.0
- 360 degrees tube view and 3D esophageal pressure topography (EPT) plots for a new perspective on events
HRM Studies in Less Than 10 Minutes
- Easy positioning HRM catheter makes the esophageal manometry examination so simple that consistent high-quality measurements will always be achieved
